Recommendation
Approve Amendment No. 4 to Agreement No. 20-606 with Arnold Kevin Nourse dba Nourse Leadership Strategies, that extends the contract termination date, from June 30, 2021 through December 31, 2021, with no change to the contract amount.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). There are no costs associated with this amendment. Sufficient appropriation for the agreement has been included in Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) 2020-21 budget and future recommended budgets.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Approval of the recommendation will allow ARMC to continue to work with Arnold Kevin Nourse dba Nourse Leadership Strategies (Nourse) on current team coaching and facilitation, executive coaching and expanding healthcare. Due to the needs of patient care during the pandemic, many of the training sessions were canceled. Approval of the contract extension will allow ARMC leadership to work with Nourse staff to extend the training, coaching, and education program. Nourse has been instrumental in the development of ARMC's Management Development and Future Leadership Programs.
